30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Monthly SEO Plans

All monthly SEO plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite) are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work delivered within your first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund of your first payment — no questions asked.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email hello@seogidi.com within 30 days of your first payment with your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — SEO Course

The SEO Growth & Marketing Course is covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you enrol and decide within 7 days that the course is not right for you, you are entitled to a full refund — provided you have not completed more than 2 modules of the course content.

To request a refund, email hello@seogidi.com within 7 days of your enrolment date with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation of Monthly Plans

You may cancel your monthly SEO plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.

To cancel, email hello@seogidi.com or contact your account manager. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day.

Renewals

Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 5 days and we will issue a full refund for that renewal payment.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

One-time custom SEO audits or reports that have been delivered
Content pieces that have been written and delivered
Monthly plan payments outside the 30-day guarantee window
SEO course enrolment after 7 days or after completion of more than 2 modules

Your full name and email address used to purchase
Your order number or invoice reference
The reason for your refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Paystack, PayPal, or card).
