Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, and no alternative timeline has been agreed upon.
• Technical Errors on Our End: If an issue originating from SEOGidi’s platform or team results in incomplete or unsatisfactory service delivery.
• Duplicate Payments: If you are charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment(s).

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of Mind: Once work on your project has started, refunds cannot be issued if you decide to cancel.
• Completed Services: If services have been delivered as per the agreement, no refunds will be issued.
• Delayed Customer Responses: If delays in project completion are caused by lack of communication or delayed responses from your end.
• Third-Party Involvement: SEOGidi is not liable for issues caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting platforms, content management systems).
